1. Overview

The YCB Standard Magnet/Standard Magnetic Field series is manufactured using high-performance permanent magnetic materials. These high-quality products ensure long-term stability and reliable operation within a temperature range of 0-70°C, featuring a temperature coefficient of -0.03%/°C. As the coefficient is negative, magnetic induction intensity decreases as temperature rises. The outer casing is constructed from high-permeability soft magnetic material, effectively shielding the magnet from external magnetic interference while also containing its own field to prevent external influence. Our standard magnets offer field strengths ranging from 1,000 to 20,000 Gauss, backed by over 30 years of mature production experience and third-party national secondary military calibration certificates. Field uniformity is better than ±0.5%, achieved through rational material selection, professional magnetic circuit optimization, and high stability. With a chrome-plated (nickel) surface, the product is both aesthetically pleasing and practical.

The YCB Standard Magnet is suitable for single-point calibration of digital teslameter (gaussmeter) probes, enabling convenient monitoring of instrument status. It is portable and simple to use.
