1. Overview

The YCB Standard Magnet/Standard Magnetic Field series is manufactured using high-performance permanent magnetic materials. These high-quality standard magnets/field standards offer long-term stability. The magnet can be used reliably within a temperature range of 0-70°C, with a temperature coefficient of -0.03%/°C. As the coefficient is negative, the magnetic induction intensity decreases when temperature rises. The magnet's outer casing is made of high-permeability soft magnetic material, which effectively shields against interference from external magnetic fields and also contains the magnet's own field to prevent disturbance to the surroundings. We provide standard magnets with field strengths ranging from 1,000 Gauss to 20,000 Gauss, backed by over 30 years of mature manufacturing experience and accompanied by third-party national secondary military calibration certificates. The magnetic field uniformity is better than ±0.5%. Featuring rational selection of permanent magnet materials, professional magnetic circuit optimization, high stability, a chrome-plated (nickel) surface, the product is both aesthetically pleasing and practical.

The YCB Standard Magnet is suitable for the single-point calibration of digital teslameter (gaussmeter) probes, allowing for convenient monitoring of the instrument's operational status. It is portable and easy to use.
