I. Overview

Application:

The PEM-1005ST Electromagnet/Magnetic Field Generator is primarily used for: research on material magneto-effects, magnetic hysteresis phenomena, magnetic susceptibility measurement, Hall effect studies, magneto-optical experiments, magnetic annealing, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), biological research, magnetic measurements, and orientation of magnetic materials.

The PEM-1005ST is an enhanced version based on a double-yoke, water-cooled H-type structure. Modifications include adding access channels for furnaces or piping through the top and bottom yokes, and incorporating observation windows on the front and rear yokes. The cooling system has been upgraded from the original copper tube cooling to a more efficient water-tank cooling system, improving cooling performance by 200%.

The PEM-1005ST boasts an open field of view, aesthetically pleasing design, reliable construction, high electromagnetic efficiency, strong magnetic field intensity, and convenient field strength adjustment.

The working air gap of the PEM-1005ST is adjusted easily and flexibly. The pole caps feature threaded connections for convenient installation and removal. The maximum pole face diameter is φ130 mm (φ80 mm standard), and the maximum working air gap is 100 mm.

Featuring an optimized structural design, the PEM-1005ST operates without requiring a pole head locking mechanism.

A magnetic field support stand is included as standard equipment.
