III. Working Principle

When the demagnetizer's excitation coil is powered by the matching DC power supply, it generates a DC magnetic field with alternating positive and negative polarity within the demagnetization zone. As the metal product/workpiece remains stationary within or passes uniformly through this alternating magnetic field, the magnetic induction intensity acting upon it decays linearly in amplitude, thereby achieving demagnetization.
