PTC-3219B Conveyor-Type Demagnetizer / Degausser

 1. Overview

The PTC-3219B Coil-Through Conveyor-Type Demagnetizer/Degausser features a professionally optimized magnetic circuit designed based on the principles of electromagnetic induction and magnetic circuit theory. Its development is heavily informed by practical demagnetization requirements for factory products. Utilizing a gradient magnetic field design, it delivers excellent demagnetization/degaussing results. The unit is constructed with reasonably selected component parameters, offering the advantages of reliable quality and stable performance.

The PTC-3219B Coil-Through Conveyor-Type Demagnetizer/Degausser employs a full-wave current waveform for demagnetization/degaussing. Consequently, it causes no interference to the power grid, has low power consumption, and exhibits strong anti-interference capabilities. It is widely used for demagnetizing magnetized products, workpieces, and component bearings after machining processes.

Equipped with a belt conveyor (specifically developed by Litian Company as a matching product for demagnetizers), the PTC-3219B is suitable for batch demagnetization/degaussing. It offers high work efficiency, convenient operation, and an adjustable conveying speed within a set range (0–10 meters/minute), ensuring both operational safety and effective demagnetization/degaussing performance.

The demagnetizer/degausser's magnetic circuit parameters are rationally designed, resulting in low power consumption. It includes an energy-saving function, which extends product service life and conserves energy. The demagnetization/degaussing zone provides high magnetic induction intensity for effective performance.

Equipped with a leakage protector for safe operation.

Features indicator lights and connections for external alarm lights, providing clear operational status.

The belt conveyor device is constructed with wear-resistant belts and non-magnetic stainless steel materials.

The cabinet of the PTC-3219B Coil-Through Conveyor-Type Demagnetizer/Degausser is made of stainless steel plate and features a more compact size.
