The PTC Series Magnetic Material Demagnetizer is developed based on 30 years of practical experience and parameters, combined with computer-aided CAD design technology. Its design philosophy is directly derived from factory applications. It utilizes high-voltage pulse oil-immersed capacitors, phasing out discrete components, and incorporates integrated isolated triggers and industrial-grade programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The unit employs a trigger controller specifically developed by Litian Company for magnetic material demagnetizers to control the switching of high-power thyristors. It also features isolated high-voltage sampling technology for safe and reliable operation. With constant-power charging technology, it offers low charging current, high voltage control precision, and low power consumption. Internal electronic power components generate minimal heat, enabling the demagnetizer to handle continuous, batch 24-hour operation in factory settings and meet the stringent demagnetization process requirements of military products.

1. Overview

It utilizes high-voltage pulse oil-immersed capacitors, phasing out discrete components, and incorporates integrated isolated triggers and industrial-grade programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The unit employs a trigger controller specifically developed by Litian Company for magnetic material demagnetizers to control the switching of high-power thyristors. It also features isolated high-voltage sampling technology for safe and reliable operation. With constant-power charging technology, it offers low charging current, high voltage control precision, and low power consumption. Internal electronic power components generate minimal heat, enabling the demagnetizer to handle continuous, batch 24-hour operation in factory settings and meet the stringent demagnetization process requirements of military products.
