Products Description

PFC-2000 Isolator/Circulator Debugging Device

1. Overview

The PFC-2000 Isolator/Circulator Debugging Device is designed to meet diverse magnetization requirements from users. It is specifically suitable for the magnetization and demagnetization of 5G communication device microwave samarium-cobalt ferrite isolators and circulators, representing a high-performance pulse magnetization/demagnetization device.

The fundamental operating principle of this device is as follows: mains frequency AC power is stepped up, then processed through a rectifier circuit and a current-limiting control circuit to charge and store energy in a high-voltage capacitor bank. Once the preset voltage value is reached, the stored electrical energy in the capacitor bank discharges into the coil within an extremely short period. This powerful pulse current generates an intense pulsed magnetic field, enabling the magnetization or demagnetization of magnetic materials and device components.

The design philosophy of the PFC-2000 Isolator/Circulator Debugging Device is directly derived from factory applications. It incorporates advanced technologies such as high-voltage pulse oil-immersed capacitors, a PLC programmable controller, high-voltage isolated sensors, and constant power charging. It features low charging current, high voltage control precision, minimal heat generation within the internal control circuits, high reliability, excellent stability, and high operational safety. It is fully capable of meeting the demands for continuous batch magnetization in factory settings and includes an automatic discharge function upon shutdown.

The PFC-2000 Isolator Debugging Device causes no interference to the power grid, has low power consumption, and exhibits strong anti-interference capability. It is widely used for magnetization and demagnetization in industries such as magnetic materials, motors, electro-acoustics, and microwave devices.

2. Features

The rectifier circuit control employs solid-state relay zero-crossing triggering, which does not generate high-order harmonic interference to the power grid.

Utilizes high-quality oil-immersed pulse capacitors for energy storage, and employs high-power thyristor switches for discharge during magnetization/demagnetization.

High-voltage sampling uses high-voltage isolation technology, with PLC control operation and LED status indicators for enhanced operational safety.
