Products Description

PFC-1240 Precision Voltage Magnetizer

1. Overview

The PFC-1240 Isolator/Circulator Precision Voltage Magnetizer is designed to meet diverse magnetization requirements from users, specifically for applications demanding high precision in set voltage and magnetization voltage. It features minimal error between the set voltage and the actual magnetization voltage, with a voltage system error of 0.2%, making it a high-performance, high-specification magnetization and debugging device.

The fundamental principle of this magnetizer is as follows: mains frequency AC power is stepped up, then processed through rectifier and voltage/current stabilizing circuits. A current-limiting control circuit then charges and stores energy in a high-voltage capacitor bank. Upon reaching the set voltage, the stored electrical energy in the capacitor bank discharges into the magnetizing coil/magnetizing fixture within an extremely short period. This powerful pulse current generates an intense pulsed magnetic field to magnetize or demagnetize magnetic materials and device components.

The design philosophy of the PFC-1240 Isolator/Circulator Precision Voltage Magnetizer is directly derived from factory and frontline research needs. It incorporates technologies such as high-voltage pulse oil-immersed capacitors, PLC programmable controllers, high-voltage isolated sensors, and constant power/constant current charging. It features low charging current, high voltage control precision, low power consumption, minimal circuit heat generation, high reliability, excellent stability, and safe operation. It is capable of handling continuous batch magnetization in factory settings and meeting the strict, high-precision voltage requirements for military product magnetization processes. It also includes functions such as automatic discharge upon shutdown.

The PFC-1240 Isolator Debugging Device causes no interference to the power grid, has low power consumption, and exhibits strong anti-interference capability. It is widely used for precise voltage magnetization and demagnetization in industries such as magnetic materials, motors, electro-acoustics, and microwave devices.

2. Features

The rectifier circuit control employs solid-state relay zero-crossing triggering, eliminating the generation of high-order harmonics that could affect the power grid.

Utilizes high-quality oil-immersed pulse capacitors for energy storage and controls discharge magnetization/demagnetization via high-power thyristor switches.

High-voltage sampling employs high-voltage isolation technology with PLC control for enhanced operational safety.

Main unit and controller feature an independent structural design.

The controller can be operated whether placed on the main unit or on a desk.
