PEM-1511 Large-Scale Laboratory Electromagnet / Magnetic Field Generator

1. Overview

Purpose: The Electromagnet / Magnetic Field Generator is primarily used for research on magnetic hysteresis phenomena, measurement of magnetic susceptibility, Hall effect studies, magneto-optical experiments, magnetic field annealing, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), biological research, magnetic measurements, and the orientation of magnetic materials.

1.1 The PEM-1511H Electromagnet/Magnetic Field Generator features an H-shaped, double-yoke, water-cooled structure. It offers a wide field of view, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, reliable construction, high electromagnetic efficiency, strong magnetic field intensity, and convenient adjustment of the field strength.

1.2 The working gap of the PEM-1511H can be adjusted smoothly and flexibly. The pole caps are threaded for easy installation and removal. The maximum pole face diameter is φ150mm (standard factory delivery is φ130mm), and the maximum working gap is 110mm.

1.3 The PEM-1511H incorporates an optimized structural design, eliminating the need for a locking mechanism on the pole heads to secure the gap during operation.

1.4 This system can be used for measuring magnetic parameters and for magnetizing ferrite magnetic products.
