1. User Communication & Confirmation

The first step in the custom process is to conduct in-depth communication with the customer to clarify the application scenarios of the electromagnet, such as Hall effect research, magnetic measurement, material orientation, etc. At the same time, accurately acquire key electrical parameters including attractive force, operating voltage, current, resistance, and target magnetic field, and determine physical specifications such as external shape, mounting method, etc.

2. Solution Design & Review

The engineering team at Litian Magnetoelectric will perform electromagnetic simulation calculations and mechanical structure design based on the non-standard parameters obtained in the previous stage. This step demands extremely high technical expertise. Experienced specialists will review the design to ensure the theoretical performance is achievable and the manufacturing process is feasible.

3. Prototyping, Validation & Delivery

Litian Magnetoelectric will conduct trial production according to the approved drawings, which is a critical step to verify the design feasibility. Subsequently, the company will perform on-site witness tests on key performance indicators of the product (e.g., magnetic field strength, uniformity, etc.). Based on the test and validation results, the company will implement targeted improvements until fully meeting the customer's specifications.
